Willow Trodden is a 2026 graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design sculpture program. Her practice involves working primarily with wood and steel; her earlier work explores themes of implied and literal restriction and tension and more recently has branched into a focus on form and material capabilities. In the half of her practice where she is not creating conceptual work, she is also a furniture maker and has taken interest in curves and intersecting planes. Her work has been featured in exhibitions in MassArt galleries, including the furniture certificate show of 2025, “Cut Once”, the “Fine Arts 3D” exhibition of 2025, and “All School Show: Sculpture” in 2025.
